This model version is presented as the ADB Antonov “Production Testing” aircraft with registration UR-NTB and catalogue designation 01-02. Its distinctive test livery, Antonov Design Bureau markings and connection with the early development of the An-148 make it an interesting addition to collections of Ukrainian aviation, prototypes and flight-test aircraft.
Produced in Ukraine by KUM in 1:200 scale, the model is made of high-quality cast plastic. The markings, registration and decorative elements are applied using pad-printing technology. It is supplied fully assembled and ready for display.
HISTORY OF THE AIRCRAFT
The Antonov An-148 is a Ukrainian twin-engine regional passenger jet developed by the Antonov Design Bureau for passenger and cargo services on regional routes.
The second flying prototype, registered UR-NTB, made its maiden flight on 19 April 2005. It participated in flight and certification testing and represented the An-148 programme at international aviation exhibitions.
