SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. General information
Nauport Models ships collectible aircraft, vehicle, truck, trailer, figure, and other scale models from Kyiv, Ukraine.
The store is operated by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “TEST”, trading as Nauport Models.
We ship within Ukraine and to available international destinations using:
- Ukrposhta;
- Ukrposhta EMS;
- Nova Poshta;
- Meest Express;
- other suitable postal or courier services where available.
The shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times available for a particular order are displayed during checkout.
A delivery method is available only when the destination is included in an active shipping zone and the order meets the applicable weight and delivery conditions.
2. Order processing time
In-stock products are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed, inclusive of the third business day.
This means that an order may be dispatched on the:
- first business day;
- second business day;
- or third business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays in Ukraine.
When payment is confirmed outside normal business hours, during a weekend, or on an official public holiday, the processing period begins on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time shown during checkout.
Processing may take longer for:
- handmade or individually assembled models;
- personalised or custom-painted models;
- made-to-order products;
- limited-edition products requiring additional inspection;
- replacement or specially manufactured parts;
- large orders containing several models;
- orders requiring oversized or reinforced packaging;
- periods of unusually high order volume.
When a product requires a longer preparation period, the estimated processing time will be stated on the product page or communicated to the customer before dispatch.
3. Shipping rates
Shipping prices are calculated according to:
- destination country or region;
- total packed weight of the order;
- package dimensions where applicable;
- selected delivery service;
- packaging requirements of the products;
- applicable postal or courier tariffs.
The final shipping price is displayed during checkout before payment.
Shipping prices displayed during checkout apply only to the products and quantities included in that order.
Some large, heavy, or oversized aircraft models may require:
- special packaging;
- separate parcels;
- reinforced external packaging;
- an individually confirmed shipping price.
When additional shipping arrangements are required, we will contact the customer before dispatch.
4. Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched and do not include the 1–3 business day processing period.
Typical estimated delivery periods are:
| Destination and service | Estimated delivery time |
|---|---|
| Ukraine — Nova Poshta | 1–3 business days |
| Ukraine — Ukrposhta | 3–7 business days |
| Ukraine — Meest Express | As displayed during checkout |
| Germany — Ukrposhta International | 6–14 business days |
| Europe Economy | 7–21 business days |
| Europe Standard | 8–21 business days |
| International EMS | As displayed during checkout |
| International Meest Express | As displayed during checkout |
| Other international destinations | As displayed during checkout |
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer because of:
- customs inspection or clearance;
- requests for additional customs information;
- postal or courier disruptions;
- border restrictions;
- security procedures;
- public holidays;
- severe weather;
- strikes;
- transport interruptions;
- emergency or military conditions;
- delays by the postal operator in the destination country;
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal operators, couriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will assist the customer with available tracking information and carrier inquiries.
5. Shipping destinations
We ship only to countries and territories for which a shipping method is available during checkout.
When a country, region, or territory is not supported, no delivery method may appear at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order when:
- delivery to the destination is suspended;
- the carrier does not accept shipments to the destination;
- the destination is subject to postal, customs, legal, or security restrictions;
- the product exceeds the carrier’s weight or size limits;
- the shipping address is located in an unsupported territory;
- shipment would violate applicable law or carrier rules.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch for one of these reasons, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the original payment method.
6. Tracking information
Tracked delivery is normally used for international orders.
After the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation containing the tracking number, where tracking is available.
Tracking information may not update immediately after:
- the shipping label is created;
- the parcel is accepted by the carrier;
- the parcel leaves Ukraine;
- the parcel is transferred between postal operators;
- the parcel enters customs processing.
International tracking may temporarily stop updating while the parcel is transported between countries or processed by customs.
A temporary absence of tracking updates does not automatically mean that the parcel is lost.
7. Customs declarations
International orders are shipped with the required customs documentation.
We declare:
- an accurate description of the goods;
- the actual quantity;
- the actual commercial value;
- the appropriate shipment purpose;
- other information required by the carrier or customs authority.
We cannot:
- declare a commercial purchase as a personal gift;
- intentionally reduce the declared value;
- provide false information in customs documents;
- describe the contents inaccurately;
- remove information required by law or the shipping provider.
The customer may be contacted by customs authorities, the postal operator, or the courier company and asked to provide:
- identification;
- proof of purchase;
- payment confirmation;
- an invoice;
- tax information;
- other documents required for import clearance.
8. Customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees
Unless expressly stated during checkout, product prices and shipping charges do not include:
- import VAT;
- customs duties;
- customs-clearance fees;
- postal handling charges;
- courier brokerage fees;
- customs processing charges;
- local taxes or import-related fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the customs, postal, or tax authorities of the destination country and are normally payable by the recipient.
Customers are responsible for checking the import requirements and possible charges applicable in their country before placing an order.
Purchases imported into the European Union from outside the EU can be subject to VAT, customs procedures, and other import-related charges.
Refusal to pay import charges does not automatically cancel the order or create an automatic right to a full refund.
9. Delivery address
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:
- recipient’s full name;
- street name and building number;
- apartment, suite, unit, or customer number where applicable;
- city;
- state, province, county, or region where applicable;
- postal code;
- country;
- telephone number;
- email address.
Please contact us immediately if the shipping address needs to be corrected.
We can change an address only before the order has been dispatched.
After dispatch, changing the address may be impossible or may require an additional payment.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional expenses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.
10. Delivery to forwarding companies and warehouses
When the customer uses a freight-forwarding company, consolidation warehouse, marketplace warehouse, or third-party recipient, our delivery obligation is considered completed when the parcel is delivered to the address provided in the order.
The customer is responsible for:
- entering the forwarding company’s required customer number;
- using the correct warehouse address;
- complying with the forwarder’s packaging and import rules;
- arranging onward delivery;
- resolving any issue that occurs after delivery to the forwarding address.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, repackaging, consolidation, or delay occurring after confirmed delivery to a forwarding company or third-party warehouse.
11. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable parcels
A parcel may be returned to us when:
- the customer does not collect it within the postal holding period;
- delivery is refused;
- customs duties or import fees are not paid;
- the address is incorrect or incomplete;
- the recipient cannot be located;
- the carrier cannot contact the recipient;
- delivery attempts are unsuccessful;
- the parcel is prohibited from import by the destination country.
When a parcel is returned safely, we will contact the customer.
Where permitted by law, the customer may choose:
- Reshipment after paying the new shipping cost and any return-related charges; or
- Refund of eligible products, less the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs charges, carrier fees, and other non-refundable expenses.
Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable when delivery failed because:
- the customer supplied an incorrect address;
- the parcel was not collected;
- delivery was refused;
- import charges were not paid;
- the customer did not respond to the carrier or customs authority.
Personalised, modified, custom-painted, and made-to-order products may not be refundable except where they are defective, damaged before delivery, or do not match the agreed specification.
12. Damaged parcels and products
We inspect and protect products before dispatch.
If the parcel arrives with visible external damage, the customer should, where possible:
- photograph the unopened parcel;
- photograph the shipping label;
- photograph all visible external damage;
- ask the postal or courier employee to record the damage;
- retain the original packaging;
- inspect the contents carefully;
- contact us promptly.
Please provide:
- order number;
- tracking number;
- description of the damage;
- photographs or video of the external packaging;
- photographs of the internal protective packaging;
- clear photographs of the damaged model;
- photographs of any detached or missing components.
Do not discard the model, box, foam insert, shipping carton, label, or other packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
The postal operator or courier may require the original packaging as evidence.
Depending on the circumstances, available solutions may include:
- replacement components;
- repair assistance;
- partial refund;
- replacement product;
- full refund where appropriate;
- submission of a carrier compensation claim.
13. Lost or significantly delayed parcels
A parcel is not considered lost solely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating.
Postal or courier investigations can normally begin only after the carrier’s expected delivery or inquiry period has passed.
When a parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and provide the order number and tracking number.
We will:
- review the tracking history;
- check available carrier information;
- submit an inquiry where appropriate;
- inform the customer about available updates.
A replacement or refund for a lost parcel is normally handled after:
- the carrier officially confirms the loss;
- the carrier completes its investigation;
- or sufficient evidence exists that delivery is no longer reasonably expected.
14. Incorrect products and missing items
When an incorrect product is delivered or an item is missing, contact us promptly and provide:
- order number;
- photographs of all products received;
- photographs of the packaging;
- photograph of the shipping label;
- description of the incorrect or missing item.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
15. Combined and separate shipments
Whenever practical, products from one order will be shipped together.
We may divide an order into separate parcels when:
- the models have substantially different dimensions;
- combining the products could cause damage;
- postal weight or size limits apply;
- different products are ready at different times;
- reinforced packaging is required;
- separate packaging provides better protection;
- the selected carrier requires separate shipments.
Each separately dispatched parcel will receive its own tracking number where tracking is available.
The customer will be notified when an order is divided into multiple parcels.
16. Packaging
Collector models can contain delicate components such as:
- landing gear;
- propellers;
- antennas;
- stands;
- stainless-steel support rods;
- mirrors;
- trailers;
- small accessories;
- detachable components.
We select protective packaging according to the product’s size, material, construction, and fragility.
Packaging may include:
- branded or protective product boxes;
- foam inserts;
- cushioning materials;
- separate protection for stands and accessories;
- reinforced external cartons;
- additional internal supports for large models.
Customers should open parcels carefully and avoid using knives or sharp tools close to the model.
Packaging materials and box appearance may vary depending on the product and shipping requirements.
17. Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- war or military activity;
- missile or drone attacks;
- air alerts;
- border closures;
- postal suspensions;
- government restrictions;
- power outages;
- transport disruptions;
- natural disasters;
- extreme weather;
- labour disputes;
- customs system failures;
- telecommunications or internet outages;
- other force majeure circumstances.
Where possible, we will inform affected customers and take reasonable steps to complete or safely reschedule dispatch.
18. Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy when:
- shipping carriers change their services;
- postal tariffs change;
- available destinations change;
- customs requirements change;
- our processing or packaging procedures change;
- applicable laws or regulations change.
The current version will be published on this page with the latest update date.
Changes do not retroactively alter orders already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
